Mr. Ghanshyam Pandey, Whole Time Director, Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited is a visionary with 27 years of valuable experience in the industry is one of the strongest pillars of the company. He holds a bachelor's degree in science with a Diploma in Management. He is the Executive Director of the company

Mr. Manish Goel is one of the Whole Time Directors of the company. Aged 28, he represents the future of Shilpi Cable. Trained to excel in business, he has graduated in Business Management. He is also one of the promoters of the company.

Mr. Sunil Kala with an experience of 31 years is Director of Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited. An engineer by training, he has also done Masters in Business Management. Presently, he is one of the Independent Directors of the company.

Mr. Sandeep Gupta, Director, Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited has 9 years of experience in the industry. He is a commerce graduate and one of the Independent Directors of the company.

Ms. Neeta Sood is a Nominee Director at Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited. She has done master's in Economics and also is a Law Graduate. She has 26 years of professional experience. She is also one of the Independent Directors of the company.
