Moreover, with an aim to optimize its efficiency, the company is in the process of establishing a Tower Fabrication Unit and Shelter manufacturing plant in the coming time soon. With a strong financial backup of Allocated Working Capital of Rs. 100 crores, Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited does ensures smooth functioning of all its projects.

Manpower

Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited proudly declares its workforce as one of its most precious resources. It is their consistent efforts which have made the company to achieve the milestones it has obtained. The company has an associated Team of 350 trained workers dedicated towards TSP/EPC. Almost 70% of the manpower of the company is technically qualified with a recognized degree or diploma to their credit. The entire workforce of the company undergoes rigorous training and is certified by various OEMs. Furthermore, the team size could be expanded to 500+ resources, if required for a project without disturbing the flow of other projects.

Considering innovation the central thought, Shilpi Cable Technology Limited has filed its DRHP with SEBI for an IPO. Issue proceeds are proposed to be utilised for capital expenditure on cable/ wire assembly shop, capital expenditure on Tools for 3G enabling, augmentation of cable manufacturing capabilities, supplementing the long term working capital requirement for the proposed new businesses, for making an investment in the subsidiary of the company- Shilpi Cabletronics Ltd. and for general corporate purposes. The investment would enable Shilpi Cable Technologies Limited to offer its clients the most innovative solutions.
